A very good place in the city centre. The host is really helpful. It has a good share, an AC, a full kitchen, and comes with a private parking in the city centre. You need to contact the host to let you in for the first time, the gate is closed.

The property is very neat and clean and Gocha and his family are very nice, it is located on a private yard very close to metro and centre of the city. It has all facilities from kettle to washing machine. 👍❤️

The best apartment in Tbilisi center, around 5 minutes from Rustaveli metro station. Everything was fine, clear and prepared for living.

I recently stayed in a lovely property in Tbilisi that truly exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, ensuring that every detail of my stay was comfortable. The property was spotless and equipped with everything I needed, making it a perfect home away from home. Its location was another highlight: situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, local markets, and just a short stroll from the vibrant center of Old Tbilisi. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in the heart of the city.

The location is great, the room is both cozy and filled with natural sunlight. All the essential amenities were provided. The host was incredibly friendly and always open to answering any questions. Overall, everything was great!

The apartment offered all you needed for a normal sleep, including a nice bed, fresh clean bed linen, a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and chairs. There was even a washer and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom included a shower and both cold and hot water. There was a hairdryer. The kitchen featured a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and dishes, plates, cups, glasses of different sizes, spoons, forks, knives, etc..

We had one key for two people, it would have been better to have 2 keys.

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and super cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need – from basic dishes to a toaster and more. The dining area was really nice, with a couch and a big table that’s great for both eating and working. The heating system was adjustable, which made it even more comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The owner was the nicest person – so helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be better either – just a 1-minute walk from Stamba and 2 minutes from Rustaveli subway station. If you see this place available, don’t hesitate – BOOK it! You won’t regret it.
