Classy Apartments Central

The host is very friendly, and the room equipment is fine. The location is very good and peaceful . we were very happy.

Clean and comfortable appartment near the metro station. Helpful and polite owners. There are a lot of cafe around.

This appartment is located in a vibrant area with lots of good shops, bars, restaurants and bakeries around and we were abled to reach everything (attractions/museums...) by foot. It is tastefully decorated and very dunctional, offering à Washington machine, fridge, stove top, airco...all the necesseties. The hosts are very responsive abd communication was easy. We 100% recommend!

The mattress was quite soft which is a minor inconvenience for me but I do realize that that's very subjective and it's probably impossible to find a model that's comfortable for all guests.

Clean, conveniently located and good contact with the owner. The instructions were clear and guaranteed a no hassle arrival after a long day travelling.

Hosts are quite welcoming. It was quite easy to get to the apartments and to collect keys. Area is safe and not far away from the main district and metro station.

It's very loud during nights - you can literally hear everything that is going on on the street or nearby. Apartment description does not correspond the actual apartments. It was written that apartments have 1 living room and 1 separate bed-room. There is NO separate bed-room. And actually there is no living room either. It's just a kitchen with a bed. When we pointed that to the host, she said that for 6 years noone noticed that in descriprion and noone had a problem with that. So, probably, we are too peculiar. Take into account that host is not always reachable so if you need anything (for example, we didn't have toilet paper and liquid for qashing machine) - ask for that in advance. Humidity level in the bathroom is quite high so our towels were always wet.

Excellent apartment with prime location. Good facilities, with washing machine, microwave, kettle and fridge. Location is good, short walk to main street. It is a nice area, with a bakery, cafe and spar at the end of the road. There's also some bars and restaurants close by. The host is extremely helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again when visiting Georgia.

The hill is quite steep to get to, so if you have luggage take a taxi. There's an alternative route to the apartment, past the metro and left at the spar which is much easier . The fridge is a bit broken which was annoying and hindered the use a bit.
