"Amazing stay at a Clean place close to everything."

Location was very central, Opposite to Metro and Mall, very close to Old Tbilisi where plenty of restaurants are available. Apartment was spotlessly clean with all required amenities. Host was very responsive.

"Central comfortable clean home"

Very central location, the lady who is cleaning the house was very helpfull and even for little problems they will react immediatlly and find solutions. And i am smoker person their balcony is so comfortable for this as well

Price performans Balance, if the price can be little lower 100/100 place to stay

Cosy spacious apartment at the heart of the city, in an old building on the main road but totally concealed from outside.Market, mall, metro within walking distance. The owner and the staff are very good and helping.

"Worth to stay"

Mrs Marina and her husband are friendly and responsive. Excellent location. Although the building is old, but the interior is perfect and the house is cosy.

The water from the pipe is not clean to drink due to some small particles. But Mrs Marina has informed us the step to make it more clean.

The apartment was well-maintained and clean. I had all the necessary amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our 8 night stay. The apartment was easy to find and access. close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. You receive prompt and helpful answers to any questions or concerns. The apartment was reasonably priced for the quality and amenities provided. Considering the comfort, location, and service, I thought the apartment was good value for money. I Would recommend Dat Exx apartment to others. Rating: 4.5/5 stars

The faucets in the bathroom need to be fixed.
