Absolute Apartment

Very neat and clean room and best location in tbilisi

I called the hotel And he saied he cannot accept me as their is damage and maintenance in the hotel and gave me a number of other hotel But I did not use And went to another hotel

The atmosphere

The location is great, the host is always available and helpful. I liked staying here. The apartment is perfect for short stays to explore old Tbilisi and all the touristic places (everything is near). Host lady speaks russian (it’s the disclaimer for other tourists like me, who might not know russian)

This place in definitely not for long stays. I booked it for a month without seeing it first and it was my mistake. When I said the host that I want to leave, she said in this case I’d have to pay the commission to Booking (20% of the price = 200 gel). I couldn’t afford it and stayed for a month. Before checking in I asked what floor is the apartment and host said 1st. But it turned out to be lower than 1st floor, which is lack of sunlight during day and again not good for a long term rental. The apartment didn’t have washing machine and kitchenette. Host gave me the gas stove and offered to wash my laundry in her washing machine for 20 gel per 1 wash. I hardly agreed, but because she lives in the same building, it was not a difficult process to give her the laundry and receive the next day

It was a good location.

Host was rude and very disrespectful. Does not allow friends/family to stay over and will charge you more for them if you have them. Terrible environment for stay.
