Good location, problemless wi-fi, quite big flat area.

Leaking tap in the shower and huge problem with setting proper temperature during the shower. Not nice. Everything else was ok.

Everything is fine except the shower. See disadvantages section

Water control in shower should be fixed !!!!!!!!!! In shower you have only 2 choices: to be freezed or to be boiled ;-)
