The hotel is good and clean All facilities were available

The location isn't actually accurate on booking.com. The correct location is opposite to the location shown on booking.com. The owner didn't know english properly, but she was kind enough to bring in another person who knew english to speak with me.

הדירה ממוקמת בבניין שנראה מצוין מבחוץ, לכאורה. המזדרון לכיוון המעלית מטונף, מרצפות שבורות, ריח לא נעים. הדירה בסדר, במצב סביר, לא נקיה במיוחד, אבל גם לא מלוכלכת מדי. הריהוט ישן, הספה מטונפת, לא ניקו אותה הרבה זמן וגם לא מתחתיה, לא אהבתי את המגבות, כיבסתי את כולן לפני שהשתמשתי, רצוי לא לתת לאורחים מגבת בצבע צהוב דהוי, לא נעים להתנגב עם זה. לא היה מזיק לשים מבשם אוויר בדירה, או לפתוח חלונות.

Excellent location in the heart of Saburtalo. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple of people, and it's equipped with everything you might need for a short or even long-term stay. The host is very helpful and friendly.

Location is great, near Carrefour and a shopping center. Easy to buy food and stuff.

The bedsheets was not very clean. They can improve the cleanliness of the flat.

The owner is very welcoming, kind and helping. The Saburtalo district of Tbilisi. Very calm with lots of shops and cafes. All the necessary things were in the apartment. Great view of the city from the window

The ad said there would be a microwave. It wasn't there, and the host wasn't willing to provide it. She also didn't see it as her fault. Next, the conditioner didn't work for heating, which was uncomfortable at the end of October. Also, where have the shower doors gone? They were present in the photo but disappeared sometime before I moved in. Very bad Wi-Fi router that has to be rebooted 1-2 times a day.
