It would be nice to have some more tea / coffee available at the property. The entrance way / courtyard is a little rundown but that the apartment itself is very nice

CozyBaity is located in the heart of Liberty Square (Tbilisi) (Less than 2 mins of walk from anywhere in the Liberty Square). Very clean. cozy and nice place. Has a modern artistic feel to it. Big and clean bathrooms. All transport options are within 2 mins of walk. We could easily walk around and see all tourist attractions on foot and need not even take any form of transport. George, the owner of this property is an absolute gem of a person. Very warm and hospitable. Was in touch with us before we arrived, helped us with early check-in, provided us with the set of places we should cover on foot. Also, we checked out late (atleast 5 hours late) due to getting stuck in snowstorm while returning from Kazbegi. George did NOT even ask us for a extra penny for the late check-out, rather showed great hospitality on the sudden occurrence of unwanted events. 11/10 for George.

Everything is perfect. Great value for money! Location near to everywhere, place are clean, room are warm even outside is -7! Thanks George!!

We had miscommunication on check in. So i had to wait about 1 hour outside during cold winter to check in.

Just perfect, very cosy appartement, very clean, everything needed is provided, easy and fast check-in and check-out. Best location. Highly recommend. We're planning to stay there again on our next trip to Georgia.

Would be great to have washing machine for longer stays.
