Bad smell in the bathroom

Location is central and very near the metro. The apartment is spacious and airy. Kitchen well equipped with necessary gadgets.

Only one bedroom has AC. The balcony doors cannot be left open at night due to the traffic noise outside. Bathroom has no ventilation and can get really stuffy.

Spacious two bedroom apartment, right adjacent to Avlabari Square. Just walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Private parking space was also available. Check-in/out was also smooth.

We stayed 6 nights at Flat 139, on the evening of fourth when we came back at the apartment there was no water and the very next day there was a power cut for the whole evening and night. It was very inconvenient, especially with kids. I understand even it was maintenance the management must provide some kind of alternative. Moreover, the apartment needs small renovations and detailed cleaning.
