Аккуратная чистая комната. Окно выходит на Орби и на море. Вид чудесный. Удобства все как на фото, лифты кстати долго не ждали.

Постоянный гул за окном. Вытяжка из Орби. Круглосуточная музыка из ресторана. Отсутствие парковки-это проблема Батуми. Неуютно тем, кто боится высоты и ограниченного пространства. Чтобы это понять или опровергнуть -нужно здесь поселиться

"Perfect for couples aiming to use just to sleepover. If you have kids you should look for little more space."

Location’s very good, cleanliness was good too. Compartment as is seen on the pictures. I used bolt and satisfied, getting to Europe square costs 8-10 GEL.

First, there was water shortage during my stay and second, couch bad wasn’t comfortable enough and third, stained blanket. You have to close to door and put the ac on otherwise it’s impossible to sleep even after that you hear outside noise, after a while since the ac working you feel you need cover yourself than you notice blanket is stained. These are what I did not like. And I should articulate it is almost impossible to park on side there isn’t enough space for most of the people but paid parking is possible across the street, overnight parking costed 26 GEL for 12-13 hours. Elevator always busy it’s very crowd building and building seems old.

Всё было чудесно. Спасибо Светлане за гостеприимство и предупредительность. Выйти утром на балкончик с кофе и любоваться морем самое лучшее что можно сделать. Студия уютная, располагает к отдыху. Рядом все самые - самые локации. Всё в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую!!!

"Prepare for very slow elevators"

Close to the beach, easy to talk via whatsapp with the host

the elevators are sooo slow, you have to wait 20min to get out. Walking down a 19 floor appartement is not the alternative you want to do Very closeby bar plays very loud music
