Old City - Cosy Studio near Sulphur Baths

Alexander, Inga, and everyone there became family. There's no greater gift than that. Alexander also took care of anything that was needed, and he and Inga often shared food with me (and Inga bought me food when I was too sick to go out). Her son Irakli was very kind and responsive too. I go back at times to visit them.

Most welcoming and nice host. I felt like I stayed at a relative's place. Also the location is good. If you stay here don't miss an opportunity to visit public sulfur bath no 5 that is very close nearby.

Sometimes outside street is a bit noisy, but nothing terrible. Will stay here again.

Awesome armenian uncle who offered us the best armenian coffee, was chatty and very helpful. Great views of Old Tbilisi, few steps from the sulphur baths. Thank you

Everything was perfect.

The best location to experience the old centre of Tbilisi(a cosy old fashion apartment in the 400years building) the heart and the soul of the old city center. The host and his family living at the same building connected by the Italian style patio are extremely welcoming. A great experience that made my journey unforgettable. Will certainly come back again with my family.

Ambiance, hospitality, location

This place has character! Living in the old town - you can feel it! All facilities were clean and worked well.

The location is 2 mins walk from Sulphar Baths, host very friendly and kind and went out way to make us feel at home and speak to us. The flat has a great view of the cable car, has Netflix, it has a well set up kitchen and washing machine, a hot shower. We arrived really needing to relax and recharge and this was perfect. In 2 months of travelling this was one of our very favourite places and we strongly recommend!

That we couldnt stay longer, accidentally melted a lamp switch which the host graciously fixed.
