Casa perfetta, spaziosa, confortevole e accogliente. C’è tutto quello che serve. La posizione è ottima! Host dolcissima e gentilissima!

Large room, friendly staff, good facilities, easy check-in/check-out, fast Wi-Fi, and a nice view of the mountains.

You have to pay extra for cleaning. The location is fine, but you need to walk uphill from the main road to reach the apartment, which may not be easy for everyone. There are no curtains on the bathroom/kitchen windows.

Ideas to make it better: 1. Put blinds or a curtain on the kitchen window 2. Put a curtain in the shower, so water doesn’t go all over the bathroom 3. Check the washing machine — looks like the programs don’t change 4. Add a net to the balcony door, because a lot of bugs come into the room

The one bedroom apartment (Apt 211) was very beautiful and extremely well equipped. Very spacious lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Very tastefully decorated. Large balcony with beautiful views over the mountains and Gergeti Trinity Church in the distance. Check in is done at the Sunshine Kazbegi Hotel which is virtually opposite. Sophia was very friendly and gave us great advice of where to eat etc. You can have breakfast at Sunshine Kazbegi which looked great. We had dinner at Restaurant Tiba which we would also highly recommend. Fantastic apartment!
