Сплит слабый, практически не холодил, ванную бы отремонтировать. Воды горячей не было - нам сказали, что надо было сообщить

Квартира хорошая большая, что редкость для Тбилиси. Местоположение очень классное, на одной из главных туристических улиц

часть мебели просто в раздолбанном состоянии, квартиру изрядно эксплуатируют , но даже дверцу на кухне элементарно не хотят починить. Уборка вся поверхностная , при внимательном рассмотрении видно годовой налёт на сантехники и т.д.

They ran out of proper bed sheets and gave us an undersized one that didn’t fit. We had to sleep directly on the mattress cover—not hygienic. Hot water was inconsistent. The host blamed a citywide issue, but neighboring buildings had no problems. We had to heat water with a kettle to shower on two occasions. Appliances were older than shown in the photos. The sink handle kept falling off, the shower had a caddy falling off, the sofa and curtains were stained. Poor soundproofing—we could hear everything from the room next door, including intimate moments. While our room had a lock, the main entrance door was broken and wouldn’t lock, which felt unsafe at times.
