The host welcomes you personally. She was very kind and even did everything to share all information in German. The appartment offers everything you need for a stay in Batumi. The location couldn't be any better, being away only a 2 minute walk from Europe Square. The beaches, the old town and all the other sights are directly withing reach. The appartment was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in both the appartment and Batumi!

Amazing location! Clean and spacious apartment. Hosts are extremely welcoming and super prompt reaction to any of our requests. All-in-all, we had a fantastic time staying in this apartment! Highly recommend for anyone wishing to experience the most amazing part of Batumi.

Very centered location. Fully facilitated. Feels like living in an apartment - you have everything needed. Was easy to communicate with David through the phone.

Because of the center location, the sounds from the road below are constant through out the day. If you close the windows its ok.

Очень удобное месторасположение , все буквально в двух шагах, хозяйка просто золото, все рассказала , показала , была готова помочь во всем, квартира выше всяких похвал , есть абсолютно все необходимое , матрасы супер удобные , кухня и санузел оснащены всем необходимым , утюг , фен, пылесос , стиральная машина ! Мы довольны на 100 процентов !!!

Отличное место расположение. В самом историческом центре. В шаговой доступности от моря, старого бульвара и всех городских достопримечательностей. Просторная квартира, 2 спальни, большая кухня, хорошая бытовая техника. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Нам все понравилось.
