Excellent location for Agia Paveskevi beach. Air con worked well. Host very nice and helpful.

No kettle to make a brew.

The property has everything you would want, it was comfy, clean and the location overall is great with it being less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes from the skiathos princess.

If you don’t have a scooter, quad or car then the hill up to the property is quite steep and may not be suitable for all. While the property had air conditioning it didnt ever get as cold as I would have liked. These are minor things related to me that other people might not worry about.

We had all we needed, rooms were clean and spacious. Internet was good.

Bellina Studio is a simple studio lodging. Studio usually refers to a single room with a kitchenette and in this case we were very satisfied as the room was relatively large and the kitchen facilities exactly what we needed (making coffee and breakfast and warming up leftovers). The building of 8 rooms/studios sits up a steep drive so this is only for strong walkers and those who have a car. Nonetheless Bellina Studio is situated close to numerous restaurants, 2 mini markets, the beach and the bus stop which makes it easy to run into Skiathos or go to restaurants or other beaches a little further away.

The bathroom was poorly designed so you had to step over the corner of the shower area to put your feet squarely on the floor on each side of the toilet. This was not impossible, just hard to see at night when you are trying not to use the light and wake up your partner. Cleaning was never truly defined, so it was hit and miss what days we got fresh towels or had the garbage taken. Cleaning was also limited to towels, TP and garbage which was also fine by us as we were there for just one week and using the same sheets for a week is normal to us.

The house is close to the bus station and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and everything can be reached easily by foot. The host was there when we arrived, so we received the key from her directly. The host was very helpful and provided lots of information around our stay in Skiathos. The beds are very comfy and room service is available every day to make the beds and provide new towels and bed linen regularly as needed. It is a quiet place and the AC is working properly, which was important during the hot days and nights in July when we were there.

There was no umbrella or any shade on the terrace, which made it impossible to sit outside in the morning. The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking, but for a small breakfast it works. The fridge is small but big enough to keep the main items cool. WiFi is available, but very slow when all apartments are booked and everyone tries to surf in the internet.

The apartments are very close to the best beaches of the island

They had forgotten to clean the apartment before we arrived. There were no towel changes during our entire 3-night stay, and the room wasn't cleaned except for the second night. They even forgot to provide the supplementary bed we had requested before our arrival. I had to ask for a third towel, which they only provided on the second night, and it was dirty and smelled really bad. The only acceptable payment method is cash, and they won't provide a receipt.
