Large balcony.

Two minor issues: Would benefit from a bedside lamp - light switches away from bed, so used TV to provide light to get from switch to bed. No kettle. Both would seem to be aspects which could be easily remedied.

"Amazing Gem in Nea Makri"

Amazing views of the ocean as well as Euboia across the water. It was close to the shops and the tavernas down at the beach. The room itself was the perfect size for myself and I would sit on the balcony and watch the water in the afternoon. It was very relaxing indeed. The host was also very welcoming, keeping in touch if I needed anything. The perfect host.
