До аэропорта 850 метров пешком. Причём ночью по хорошо освещённой улице. Очень удобно для тех, кому нужен рядом аэропорт в любое время дня. При этом, что очень порадовало - самолёты почти не слышны, над домом не летают, а лишь приземляются или взлетают по ВП полосе, которая находится примерно в 300 м, за улицей и за домами. Сами апартаменты находятся во дворах и спрятаны за другими домами от шоссе в аэропорт, что является дополнительной шумоизоляцией от автотранспорта и ВП полосы. Апартаменты тихие, спать комфортно. Летом не жарко не смотря на южную сторону, поскольку от солнца закрывает балкон 2го этажа и большое дерево под окном. Тем не менее, приятное нежаркое солнце утром и вечером заглядывает в окно, что также радует. Если холодно - включаем кондиционер на обогрев, и быстро согреваемся. Ещё из плюсов - магазин в пешей доступности 100-150 метров, в котором есть всё,что нужно из продуктов питания и хозяйственных принадлежностей. До моря коротким маршрутом 2 км. Идти вдоль шоссе в аэропорт не очень комфортно. Лучше доехать на такси или на автобусе за пару лари. Автобусная остановка рядом с домом в 50 м. Есть альтернативная короткая дорога в центр города. Если никуда не спешите - можно прогуляться по ней пешком.

+ The owner is friendly, speaks English, and is non-intrusive (she doesn't enter the apartment while you're away, as I experienced in Bulgaria). + Overall, the apartment is well-equipped (stove, 1 frying pan, 1 saucepan, 1 kettle), and the bedding is adequate. ++ The private parking space with security cameras is a real plus. + The numerous washing machines are also available. + The view from the terrace. + The mosquito nets on the windows. + The small garden with a table for enjoying coffee in the sun. + The convenience store is 200 meters away. + Working air conditioner (cold/heat)

- Between the planes taking off 3-4 times a day, the numerous construction projects literally surrounding the apartment, the barking neighborhood dogs, the children you can hear running from morning to night above, the loud neighbors next door, the slamming doors, the echo in the stairs... To say that the place is extremely noisy is an understatement. - The WiFi is free, of course, but completely random and weak. One time it works, the next time it doesn't, and the speed is worse than a mobile connection in a remote location. - The water pressure in the shower is so poor that all the massage paraphernalia is superfluous. - The terrace is located on the 5th floor; to access it, you have to climb over a mess. Once at the top, the pool water is green and undeniably a mosquito nest. - The tableware is almost nonexistent; 4 small dessert plates, 2 coffee cups, 2 wine glasses, and 4 ice cream bowls are not essential. It wasn't for lack of asking the owner for a "normal" plate, but the request was dismissed. - toilet paper, one roll for two weeks, seriously... - A microwave wouldn't hurt. Do I recommend it? Absolutely not, except at half price (and even then...). €410 for 17 days is totally overpriced, especially considering the quality of the service and considering the average monthly salary in Georgia (approximately €500).

한국 사람 입니당 🇰🇷✨️ 소파 침대가 생각보다 좋습니다. 케바케 겠지만..다른 호텔들 보다 더 청결했던 것 같습니다. 공항과 매우 가까워서 너무 좋았어요🤍 소파 침대 이용시 이불 별도로 부탁해야 합니다! 베드버그 없고 수건도 넉넉하게 주시고 집주인이 소통을 적극적으로 합니다. 추천해요!! 아 샴푸 린스 비누 치약. 칫솔등 생필품은 구비된게 없어서 챙겨 오셔야 합니다!! 다른 곳과 고민중이시라면 가족과 함께 여행 하시는 분들은 추천드려요! 저희는 가족 성인4명이 숙소에서 숙박했습니당.

1.첫날에 방에서 특이한 향이 났어요 좀 머리가 아플 정도로 심했지만 환기 좀 시키고 2~3시간 지나니 좀 괜찮아 지긴 했습니다 (아마 우리 전에 방을 이용하던 사람 담배..? 담배 냄새는 아닌 것 같음..살면서 맡아본적 없는..향임) 하수구 냄새가 좀 심하지만 휴지같은 걸로 막아두면 덜합니다.

В душевой не хватает второго слива под душем, от этого лужи не уходят , что не совсем удобно

الفندق نظام شقق هوا بيت لعائله جدااا لطيفين وفي حي هادي كله مزارع وأشجار فواكهه ويكفي أنهم مسلمين الشقه جدااا نظيفه ويوجد فيها كل ما تحتاج إليه صحون وملاعق حتى سائل تنظيف صحون موجود وفيها غساله وثلاجه والحي هاديء جداا والولد كان متعاون معنا جدا تمنيت اني سكنت عندهم أكثر لكن للاسف حان وقت رحلتنا وفي نقطه مهمه في شطاااف في الحمام
