Lets Go - Apartment

My second stay here in a month. Everything still great for a solo traveller, a place I would (will) definitely come back to. Clean, great location, appreciated the little fridge. Manana was lovely again, even allowed me to check in early after the previous guest checked out earlier. Air conditioner worked well, although I only used it for a short time.

I was there on Sunday and Monday nights. There was a bit of noise from people passing on the street on Sunday night, but that was my fault for leaving the window open (which you can safely do because the window has bars on it).

Would highly recommend for a solo traveller, maybe a bit squeeze for 2 or 3 people. Great location, clean and comfortable bed. On a fair major road, but when I stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night in June, I wasn’t bothered by any noise. Shower works well and has reliable hot water. Manana was kind enough (with advanced notice) to check me in at 5 am (I had booked that night and the next, so it wasn’t an early check-in). She also lent me a bowl and spoon for breakfast. The little fridge is a big asset. A really good value proposition.

The street outside might get busy in August or on a weekend, but no problems during my stay.

Fantastic stay with the best view! I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Stepantsminda. The house is extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and built with care. It offers the best mountain views (having stayed in several houses there, I can honestly say). The host is incredibly welcoming and kind! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! <3

It was very cold in bathroom and no shower curtain

The room is clean and tidy. There are air-con, fridge and microwave inside the room. The host is nice and helpful. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the square. It is very convenient.

Having one more chair in the room will be nice.

The apartment is compact, very clean, and has everything you need! The host, Manana, is close by and easy to contact (and quite nice, too!). The location is just ideal, right in the historical city center. Thank you so much!

Small room with microwave

The location is amazing, all the central part in the walking distance. Great for solo travelers, the room is small and cozy. The owner is great, allows me to check-in earlier and always helps with everything you need
