Family Apartment

The location of the apartment is very good. It's very close to the metro station and central areas of the city. The beds in the room are fine, Wi-Fi is good. The host Levan is a friendly person.

Facilities could be more comfortable, like the very low dining table. Also, window nets are missing to keep out mosquitoes.

The placement is good,it is near city center. We go everywhere by taxi 5 min -15 min.

It groups with hotel and apartment. Pool and other services only for hotel customers. The big problem is sheets have yellow stains. And you can not leave your luggages in hotel again your are hotel customer. But we found luggage locker areas and kept our luggage here. You can search in google to find.

Location was amazing and the apartment was nice and clean. Pool and gym is available for a small extra price. Kitchen was clean and nice and the beds were comfortable too.

Was a bit confused in the beginning whether this was part of the hotel or not, but the owner of the apartment was of great help and the room was easy to find

Very good the apartment was very clean I felt I’m in my own home the location was perfect near metro and shopping and restaurants near the owner was very respectful and ready to help every time I love the place and definitely I recommend it

This place is perfect for a stay in Tbilisi . The location was great. It’s literally a 5-minute walk to the metro station but it’s also very central. To be honest I️ rarely used public transportation because it was always convenient to just walk but when I️ needed to it was right there. There are lots of restaurants and life around but in the flat itself, it’s completely quiet. Family apartment ’s is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

Location. We were in the middle of city centre. Everything was few minutes walking from the apartment. Host. House owner was so kindly and helpful. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions regardless during day or night time.

Although parking outside is free, it was too busy and hard to book a parking spot. However, the house owner was so kindly to tip the watchman to help me every day find a place to park my car.
