Sebastian's Amazing Apartment Rhodes Town

I loved everything about this place- from clean and perfectly equipped apartment (we had cleaning utilities, trash bags, basic medicaments, hair dryer and iron in every room) to best host ever - Sebastian who is speaking fluent English and is very helpful in all possible ways- he explained everything in detail, gave us personal recommendations on best restaurants ( which were veeeery good!) and helped me even to make an emergency appointment at the dentist. Contact with him is perfect and he can help you with transfer from and to airport. I cannot be more grateful and recommend more this beautiful person and comfortable apartment! Totally worth to visit each time you are in Rodos 🥰

Beautiful spacious apartment with all the amenities. It was close to the old town and in a nice quiet location. Sebastian was very accommodating and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment, thanks Sebastian

Beliggenheten, 10 min å gå til gamle byen, 15 å gå til badestrendende, stor leilighet, gå avstander til flere av topp resturanter.

The manager of the property was very polite in his messages, also we met his wife who was so kind. Check in was late (16.00pm) but, she gave the key and all the needed information earlier than expected. The property was spacious and well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Location of the property was just 15 min walk to the old town, which provided us being away from downtown crowds and noise. It wasn't difficult to find free public parking around the property for our rental car.

In order that we were going to stay as 6 people, having 2 bathrooms was an important criterion for me when booking, and I chose this property because it had 2 bathrooms. ("This spacious apartment features 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries," the property description reads.) However, although there were two toilets, there was only one shower, and it was not easy for 6 people returning from the beach at the same time to take a shower and get immediately ready for dinner outside. The shower didn't have a top-down system; the side-wall hanging device allowed the water to flow horizontally, and that device was constantly falling out of its socket.

Sebastian ve eşi bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Her sorumuza çok hızlı ve samimi dönüş sağladılar. Ev gayet modern, temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Sehr großes und super ausgestattets Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Weiters gibt es eine riesige Terrasse. Das komplette Appartement und vor allem die Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Um die Ecke gibt es eine kleine Pízzeria mit sehr gutem Essen. In der Altstadt ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sebastian's Amazing Apartment is... simply amazing! It is an elegant apartment with an architect's touch and feel for those guests who expect a high quality and comfort. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. All facilities in the apartment were very clean and tidy. Towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) were provided. The location of this apartment is very convenient - all top important spots and places in Rhodes are within 10 (max 15) minutes walk. Some additional info: - Rooms are spacious and silent thanks to the location away from the main street; - Every single room is equipped with a modern air conditioning which worked absolutely fine and was silent; - Very comfortable beds, really! - The washing machine, the dishwasher, the fridge, the cooktop, etc. - all of these work fine; - The WiFi works flawlessly at a good speed and doesn't lag. Sebastian, the host, is a very charming, extremely warm and highly eloquent gentleman who is truly open to his guests' needs and wishes. Sebastian welcomed us with a set of local specialties (cheese, cold meat, bread, drinks etc.) which was very heartwarming for us. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this venue!

We had a fantastic stay at Sebastian's Amazing Apartment. It is well-located, clean, and very spacious! Sebastian as a host was fantastic and offered an exceptional service. He helped us book taxis and provided excellent recommendations. The apartment is located 15 minutes from the Old Town, and in a friendly neighborhood, with 2 supermarkets less than a minute away. If you're looking for a great space to stay in Rhodes, we can't recommend this property enough!

The host Sebastian went above and beyond on many occasions. He was extremely helpful and was very available if any problems arose. Sebastian got us a taxi very late at night and last minute (please pre book taxis in Rhodes because we didn’t know about this pre-booking rule) when me and my friends were dressed up and ready to go out at night. The apartment had a dishwasher/microwave/over/panini press/kettle etc. The rooms were decorated beautifully and they were very spacious. All the bedrooms were plenty big enough - one was a big master bedroom. There are mosquito nets around the house to keep the place protected from mosquitos. The 3 bedroom apartment was a 12 minute walk from the medieval old town and there was a very useful supermarket about 4 minutes away. It was located so conveniently. There’s also bus routes very close to the apartment which can take you to places like Falaraki beach etc. Sebastian also arranged a taxi to transfer us back to the airport on our last day in Rhodes and his wife helped us store out luggage at the building as we had a late plane to catch. I have so much good to say about the host and the apartment- definitely recommend!!

It’s a suggestion more than anything but we would have appreciated one long mirror in the apartment to look at ourselves on outfits before leaving the apartment. This is the only thing we all agreed was missing.
