The best place to stay in tbilsi, it was center of the city, walking distance to all nearby places. Groceries and restaurants were nearby too. The host is awesome and wonderful person. Even the apartment felt like living with European interiors and furnishings

The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is in a great location, with many sites and restaurants just a short walk away. Instructions to access the apartment were helpful. The AC works well.

No tea, coffee, or sugar supplied - even though containers ready to use. There are busy restaurants and bars in the alleyway below, so the windows need to be closed to sleep at night.

First of all I thank to our host Maia who has wonderful communication. Before our trip, she reached out to me and explain the details and also where the property's key. The house was on a central area which is so close to the old city, restaurants, cafes and a 24-hour open supermarket. There was a spacious double bed and a large sofa, the sofa was hard, but it has soft extra mattress. The sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap and detergent were in sufficient quantity. It was very nicely decorated. There was a small fridge, hot water, slippers, high-quality cups and plates. Also, she provided us a place for our baggage, after check-out. Many thank for this support.

Things that need to be improved: - The key is old and single - There are no tables or chairs - There are noisy cafes in the back street - The closet doors are very squeaky, I think they need lubrication.

It is a great apartment convenient to Old Town Tbilisi and surrounding areas. The host was easy to deal with and was very friendly. Stable WiFi. We needed to adjust our plans and the host worked with us.

The street behind the apartment can be noisy at night. This is not something that the host is responsible for, but could be an issue. They are trying to deal with the restaurants and bars along that street. The only issue with the apartment is that the shower floor can become slippery. As long as you stand on the drain it helps prevent slipping.

Location is perfect. It couldn’t be better. It was also super clean and had a nice small kitchen, with the required utensils.

Very good situated the hote answear really fast have everythings needed for 2 or 3 people i recommend for a week end and they are alot of things to Saw ( you have restaurant change or little shopping AT less than 100 meter each )

No microwave ( WE got extra food from restaurant and WE can't heat it ) They was some restaurant with music and WE Can ear it for some people it Can bé annoying for sleep Thé shower sometimes was cold and After become hot and back cold

Lovely apartment, easy communication, excellent location. We had a very comfortable stay and this would be my first choice if we ever have the chance to return to Tbilisi.

It is by a popular restaurant/bar street so there's some noise from the music they play, but honestly it didn't bother us and it comes with being very central.
