The owner of as really nice. I enjoyed staying there and do recommend to visit this place

Next to the flat there is a bakery where locals can gather together in the morning and talk a little bit loud

Very nice and clean apartments💖, you have everything you need for a two-week long stay. You have a separate entrance and a small bakery as a right-hand neighbor. Very convenient location, there is the restaurant Tiflis nearby, with tasty food and good prices. WIFI works good, heating is fine in winter too. There is an air conditioner for hot summer. There is no probs with warm water, and you can drink the cold water right from the tap.

Everything was fine, but I would suggest to repair the washing machine, because it's making strange noises when letting water in.
