The outside of the building has not been finished so the first impression one gets is not so positive. However, once inside, the facilities are all excellent. The kitchen is very complete (better than my own kitchen at home)!! The host gave a very warm reception and was very friendly and helpful at all times. It is well situated. They are still finishing off the building, but I have no hesitation in fully recommending this choice. For the price, and value for money, this was the most comfortable stay during my time in Georgia.

I wish there was a shower curtain. It's on the ground floor, so it's a little humid.

The apartment is part of a bigger house that's being renovated now, so hopefully there will be more such apartments here on Booking. :) The apart is great, there's everything you might need: a drip coffee maker, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge, even an oven! And all the supplies for them are also here. You will find cups and glasses, salt, oil for cooking — basically, everything, even minor things you need to feel comfortable. Irina, the host, is super nice, helpful, and always available.

The apartment was very clean and nicely arranged with all the amenities required for the stay. The surrounding was very calm and quiet with views of the mountain and within walking distance to the town. There are supermarkets and restaurants very close by as well. The host was amazing! Very friendly and supportive. Really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again :)

Great mini apartment with a modern kitchen, fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a lovely and helpful host. Peaceful location and a nice view from the little porch upstairs.

New and clean apartments with all necessary kitchen equipment and others. Quite place and good view to Kazbegi. The owner treated me to local food and was always ready to help. Good location to hike. Fast and stable internet connection (it's importantant for digital nomads). Hot water is always available!

Scenic location, quiet neighborhood, helpful host, new property, well equipped. Irina was very quick to respond to any questions a tourist has starting from the sightseeing tips and finishing with hints about where to shop or use the services of a hairdresser. Very good price-quality ratio.

Amazing host, Irina is one the kindest person I have ever met! The appartement is very well located. You have a beautiful vue on the montagne from the balcony, Mont Kazbegi included and you are not far from the center. I arrived during the weekend and stayed a few days during the week and worked from the apartment. Very good place to remote work, the wifi was fast and there is everything that you need for a confortable stay. Irina also surprised me with homemade Georgian food (delicious!!). She also checked for me the departure time of the marshrutka (mini bus). I'll come back for sure !
