The apartment is spacious, clean, and has high ceilings, which makes it feel even more comfortable. There is plenty of space, and the furniture is very comfortable. It is well-equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware and a basic set of toiletries. The location is excellent — just about a 10-minute walk to Freedom Square, with plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Irakli is very attentive and friendly. The apartment was easy to find, but he still called to make sure everything was okay and that we had no issues.

This is my favourite staying in Tbilisi now! Absolutely amazing apartment! Hesitated when booking it but loved it a lot! Very clean, comfortable and cozy! Warm (winter times)!!Extremely helpful owner! Lovely Sololaki district!

I would suggest minor improvements in the bathroom like a shelf for toiletries to add or the shower head and the shower cabin doors to fix a little bit. Some more lighting can be added in the living room as well.

Irakli very hospitable homeowner. We like almost everything. The room was clean. The bed sheets were clean. You can find anything for your need. One day we had a problem with the internet but he solved it. Even he brought a teapot and wine glasses which we asked for. Sololaki rooms forever guys. If you are not planning to stay at the hotel then you must choose this place. Best apartment in Tbilisi. Near to the city center and to important places.

Maybe it would be good to just change the stove in the room. One eye was not working. Another issue that might be a problem is that it would be better if there was a place in the room to wash the crockery.
