Ministry Mansion (SKG)

Only location is quite near to city centre. Nothing else we liked on our stay.

The apartment is dangerously dirty. The balconies have a big amount of dirt which is risky for our health. Because of this we could not use the balconies and even kept the windows closed to prevent any health issues from the dirt. Bathroom is old and has dirt sign in the bathtub. A sofa in one of the balconies is full of dog hair. There is a carpet with a hole.

The beds were creaky, the bathroom was not in good condition, some bedroom doors would not close and maybe the carpets need replacing

The apartment is very beautiful. We felt like we are living there and it's our apartment. There are 3 bedrooms and one kitchen. On the kitchen there are everything you will need, kettle, cups, plates, cutleries, filter coffee machine. And also there is a balcony. It's small but cute. On the check in day, the owner meet us in front of the building and inform us, he even helped us regarding finding a parking spot. The apartment is very close to the Laladika(the streets with taverns) Thanks for lovely stay!

The bathroom is a little bit narrow, but is OK.

Good location, value for money, very spacious/multiple bedrooms plus a comfy daybed, equipped kitchen. Bathroom small but functional, hot water always available.

Building needs some work (light in stairs, peeling paint). Apartment needs a few touch ups too - one bedroom quite poor with a very creaky bed frame/door that didn't close, peeling paint here and there, lamps with no bulbs, bath a bit stained/no stopper/no shower head holder.

The location was very good: central and within walking distance of just about everything. Other than the location, this apartment has absolutely nothing to recommend it and had we not paid in advance, we would not have stayed.

The apartment is in a derelict building, The front door glass is shattered and the broken lock opens from the inside with a piece of string into a dirty vestibule with smashed post boxes and electrical meters with their wiring an astonishing fire hazard. The first thing that strikes one is the overpowering smell of mold and sewerage. The apartment is up three flights of very steep stairs, made even more inaccessible by bicycles chained to the bannister. The apartment itself is a disgrace: musty, moldy and dirty. The stained curtains hang on broken rails. The bathroom has a stained bath and is so small that you have to reverse into it to get to the toilet and the floor is permanently under water, whether from a toilet leak or some other cause we could not figure out This is the first apartment I have ever rented where there was no toilet paper, one towel each for a week's stay and never a word from the host. There is much more to add, all negative, but in short this apartment is not fit for rental.

Great Locations, spacius place

The building where the apartment was in, was badly maintained. No light on the staircases I had to use a flashlight. The tv had no antenna signal.
