One bedroom Apartment near Fabrica

Wonderful place and great location. I had a great stay here, will be booking again!

Firstly, the apartment has a pleasant design. The bedroom is very bright and has a floor-to-ceiling window. Secondly, Chugureti is wonderful – there's a great coffee shop across the street, and there are dozens of nice cafes and bars in the area.

It was a bit of a surprise to have to share a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron with two other apartments. We had to make adjustments a couple of times. This wasn't mentioned in the apartment description—it looked like it would be inside. The boiler shut off a couple of times, and I had to turn it on and bleed the air, as per the instructions—I'm not particularly fond of dealing with technical issues. The bathroom often had a strange, unpleasant odor that only went away when I ventilated the room and used the shower. Since we lived in the apartment for three weeks, I got a taste of how different neighbors can be. A particularly sad story involved neighbors who smoked weed for two days and refused to budge from the administrator. For me, the situation was very sad because they couldn't solve the problem, and the only thing that saved the situation was that these people moved out.

Spacious and clean apartment, friendly host who responds very quickly, gave nice recommendations, easy self check-in, fast problem solving, close to metro and Fabrika

Some tiny details could be improved like to have a salad bowl would be nice, or the ironing deck, there is no cleaning and resupply within 7 days only for the additional fee, not a big deal but would be nice to have

Very welcoming, warm and beautiful apartment. the staff, even though I had problems with the payment on the day of arrival, was patient, kind and helpful.

the tv turned on but no channels could be seen. (did not affect the stay)
