Great stay! The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern facilities. I especially loved the balcony! The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and parks. Just two minor notes: a microwave would have been useful, and the floor was a bit low (but not a big issue). Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it!

Communication was excellent with the owner, who made sure to stay in touch as my booking date approached. It was convenient to enter the apartment without needing to meet anyone in person. The apartment itself offers a lovely view and is situated in a peaceful residential area. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a supermarket, fruit market, pharmacy, and restaurants, which made my stay very convenient. I appreciate that this location is away from the busy tourist areas, providing a more tranquil atmosphere. Overall, I recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay

The apartment is located in a fairly new building next to the shops, currency exchange. Everything in this apartment is very cozy, clean, spacious. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: microwave, refrigerator, kettle/coffee maker, dishes, washing machine, air conditioning. Bed linen is fresh and clean, comfortable bed. Connection with homeowner since booking. Convenient contactless calculation. Very good price. The city of Tbilisi is amazing!

A little noisy street, cars, people's voices, but this did not become a problem for us.

Perfect host! Always on-line, always ready to help. When i said that we travel by car, he immediately suggested us another apartment with a parking. And provided crystal clear video-guide for self-check-in!

Note that window is open to a rather big street, and there is a smoking point under the window. So there can be some tobacco smell in the room, and sometimes noisy.
