The manager of this place is a liar and a dishonest person. We arranged all the details for our accommodation before coming. Unfortunately, our evening flight from Baku on our check-in day was cancelled by the airline and we got a replacement flight first thing in the morning. There was a problem with the Internet at the airport and we couldn't let the manager know that we will arrive tomorrow. We didn't cancel our reservation and we even got from the liar a full info self check-in guide on WhatsApp with photos. When we arrived, a very rude and aggressive cleaning lady told us the accommodation was given to some other people and the liar said that he tried to find out if we were coming. That is a lie and we didn't receive any such inquiries from the liar. The only message we received on the day when we arrived was one Hello sent at 8:51 am via WhatsApp. Hello is not an attempt to find out if someone is coming or not. Hello is just a hello. There were no other attempts of communication from the liar. For the sake of truth, I am attaching the screenshot of the correspondence and I'm also inviting the liar to do the same since he claimed that he sent us messages to check if we were coming. These people are manipulative and they didn't care that our 4-year old daughter had nowhere to sleep after a whole night of problems at the airport. On our way out, my wife was so frustrated by the actions of the liar and the rude cleaning lady that she kicked the trash bin in the premises. Follow my advice and avoid this accommodation at all costs!!!

It was central to the main old city area, secure entry system, everything worked well and room was made up each day, towels changed etc.
