An exceptionally convenient location, well-furbished, cozy, and had everything I needed for a four-day stay. Many cafes, a park and the shoreline are all within a short radius. Whether you'll be spending most of your trip out or want to relax inside a bit more, this place makes a good choice.

The bathroom could use a touch-up, the bed could benefit from reading lights, and the apartment building itself could be cleaner.

This was a fantastic property. The location was excellent in the heart of the city and yet it was a peaceful neighbourhood. Everything I needed was in the properry, which was really quiet and private. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the rooftops with lots of sun in the afternoon. The place is completely renovated to a high standard with a great bathroom and kitchen. The check in was excellent and the host was always available by phone and messaging in case of any problems. I arrived quite late and the host messaged to make sure I arrived and to make themselves available for any issues until midnight. I felt that the host was extremely conscientious and helpful. I initially stayed for a week and then I extended for a month because I was very happy and comfortable. This property has the best possible location and I felt that the price was very reasonable. I'm so lucky that I chose this property and I think it is the best offer available on booking.com. very highly recommended! Make sure to book in advance because I'm sure everyone would want to stay here!

- Apartment needs refurbishment: non-working lights, rusty stove, missing microwave plate, etc - AC barely works, practically just a slightly cooled fan, tv doesn't work either - Uncomfortable pillows - Construction works right in front of the window - Overpriced
