расположение очень удобное в центре старого города, достаточно места для троих проживающих, в номере есть все необходимое для проживания, достаточное количество полотенец, стиральная машинка, порошок, средства для мытья посуды, холодильник и т.д. Ирма, которая встретит вас в любое время суток и на связи 24/7.

требуется освежить стены, улучшить ванную комнаты (держатель для бумаги сломан, мало места для косметических принадлежностей). на фото апартаменты выглядят иначе, чем в действительности и сначала это насторожило. Нет тех косметических наборов как на фото (просто шампунь и гель), Дворик очень старый, белье на веревках, общий фон не впечатляет. Однако великолепная Ирма делает этот объект размещения тем местом, куда можно вернуться.

الشقة جيدة موجودة في مبنى قديم متهالك لكن الشقة جديدة ومريحة من الداخل قريبة من السنتر ومن أغلب الخدمات المضيفة رائعة وتعاملها احترافي ومهتمة في الضيوف.

Все очень чисто, удобные кровати. Белое чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Очень уютно, есть все необходимое. Приветливая и милая хозяйка. Прекрасное расположение квартиры.

Очень слышно соседей и видно включений свет от соседей. Для меня важна тишина и темнота ночью. Поэтому из-за было не совсем комфортно для меня.

We had a wonderful stay! First of all, Irma — the property administrator — is an absolute angel. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and available 24/7. She met us at the property, brought anything we needed (even umbrellas), and was always just around the corner, ready to help with a smile. Her positive attitude really made a difference. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the Old City. We could walk everywhere and never needed a taxi for any of the main attractions. The courtyard was also a highlight: an authentic Georgian dvorik where we enjoyed relaxing at the bench and table outside. And we absolutely adored the friendly cat who made the place feel like home. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the real Tbilisi charm with amazing hospitality!

There’s a shared wall with the neighboring apartment, and noise travels through as if people are talking right in your room — it bothered us in the early morning when they were leaving. Ear plugs solved the problem though. The interior rooms have no windows, which didn’t bother us much since we were out most of the day, but it might not suit everyone. Also, when neighbors leave their lights on, it shines through the opaque glass partition into the room, making it quite bright at night. The courtyard was lovely — quiet, well-lit, and full of character — but the ground is uneven, so you need to watch your step. That said, it’s typical for the Old City charm!
