The location was good

Wifi not working. Staff doesn't speak English, so not very helpful and friendly They offer 3 pools and when we arrived the spa and pools were closed. Not easy to pay. You have to pay half with bank transfer when reserved and half cash in the accommodation. They don't charge the room through booking
