Все есть в наличии и даже зимой комфортно.

Для меня оказался очень нужен интернет и мобильный не ловил в первом этаже и wifi очень слабый, практически ничего не грузил.

I’ve stayed in three of their apartments, some of which are better equipped than others. Overall, the rooms lack basic amenities such as hooks, shelves, bedside tables, and chairs to properly store your belongings. There are makeshift tables cobbled together from pallets, frequent internet outages, exposed and burned cables, and hot plates with heating elements sticking out. The bathrooms are smelly and moldy. I already became suspicious when I learned that this “hotel” requires a 100 lari deposit from every guest, and it turned out that the host is eager to find reasons to keep it. At checkout, Giorgi would enter the room, spread the towels out on the bed, and start inspecting them for stains. If he found traces of coffee or tea, he would claim the towel was “ruined” because he's unable to wash out the stains, and then deduct an arbitrary amount from the deposit. Considering that towels are subject to normal wear and tear and given the general condition of the rooms, stained towels should be the least of their concerns. What makes it worse is that they call themselves an “ApartHotel.” If they marketed themselves honestly as a cheap hostel, it might be acceptable. But presenting it as a hotel couldn't be further away from the truth.
