Very nice place. The staff was very friendly. Clean and big rooms. Resonable price. Will of course use this hotel if i'm coming back.

Only the bad was clean enough to stay. The floor Was a very dirty. Dirty table. In room intensive humidity. Throughout 18 days the Young man ( co- director shapatava), even once haven't ask how am I . He had been talking that I like a problems.

Towels change was an extra charged. Bedding change was a charged. Washing clothes was an extra order with complicated guide to do. No hygienic stuff to wash hands. No toilet paper supply. I told him that some things are a dirty not by me en he told that I have low opinion by booking : /

Very good value appartement in a quiet local neighborhood, friendly owner, clean and comfortable...I had a relaxing 5 night stay here, it was a great base for exploring Batumi and surroundings

Cheap as a hostel. The bed was actually quite ok. As I should have expected, it's cheap for a reason.

Disgusting bathroom, with an open hole to the sewer. It needs to be fixed before renting, but it hasn't. The whole bathroom (and the room) was filled with sewer gases. The reason is that someone changed the location of the WC but did neither deal not properly cover the previous sewer pipe hole, so there was an open hole to the general sewer of about 15 cm diameter. There was lots of mold on the walls in the main area, dormitory, and some of the furniture, and it wasn't clean. While I respect the guy who runs it and is trying to make a living, the standards are really really low. I budgeted too hard this time and I regretted staying here, I can't blame the host for my choice, because it was my mistake to book this place and stay here after all. Book the ground floor apartment only if you're truly spartan, you've been warned.

This Studio at Shapatava Aparthotel is a peaceful, well-equipped home in Batumi Georgia country and I am happy, as a frequent traveler, to recommend it highly! This studio has indeed everything a stay requires at an amazing value for money. It is in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets and shops at walking distance.The owner is exceptionally welcoming with fluid communication and providing with everything you need. I truly recommend this place for your next stay in Batumi, Georgia country! Thank you
