Отличные апартаменты и замечательный хозяин! Нас очень тепло встретили, все рассказали, подсказали, где купить продукты и что интересного посмотреть в городе. Атмосфера была очень теплая и дружелюбная, как будто приехали в гости к хорошим знакомым :) Во время проживания мы случайно сломали замок - хозяин вообще без проблем в тот же день все починил и выдал новый ключ. При выезде проводил нас рано утром, очень выручил 🤗, у нас был ранний вылет. Апартаменты уютные, чистые, в жару особенно радовал кондиционер.

"A convenient apartment to stay in city centre"

This property is right at the center of Kutaisi, you have good access to supermarket, restaurant, and major sightseeing spots in the city. There is a balcony in this apartment which you can enjoy your wine with city view in the balcony.

The car parking arrangement is that you need to park your car in the street or shopping centre parking lot by yourself. As the apartment is in the city centre, it is quite noisy when some kind of special noisy car driving around in the city centre !

Everything was great in Alina's room. A comfortable room in a very central location, close to all amenities you might need. The host is really helpful and friendly and can communicate in English. Totally recommended 💯

We stayed here for one night, before catching an early flight out of Kutaisi airport. It was the perfect accommodation for that - centrally located, clean and exactly as expected from the photos. The host met us on arrival and was so friendly and helpful! He also checked us out at 3am and even helped us to get a taxi to the airport when our Bolt app wasn't working. The location was very convenient - right in the middle of Kutaisi within walking distance of everything you might need. I'd recommend it, especially for the friendly and helpful host and the great location.

Nothing, everything was great and it met our needs perfectly!
