Die Lage ist einzigartig, 3 Strände auf kürzestem Weg erreichbar. Wir haben die Ruhe (die Lüftung vom Restaurant hört man schon, aber es war nicht so, dass es uns gestört hätte, dafür gibt es griechische Hintergrundmusik dazu 😉) und komfortablen Liegen auf der Terrasse genossen und sind zum Schwimmen die paar Schritte zum Strand gegangen. Anastasia war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich um uns sehr fürsorglich bemüht 🥰

Die Lage ist perfekt- mikro amopi vor der Türe

La casa si trova praticamente a livello strada, con poca privacy, e confina con un ristorante molto frequentato, il che comporta spesso rumore e passaggio di persone. La parte relativa all’acqua è stata un vero disastro. La sera in cui siamo arrivati l’acqua arrivava a momenti come se ci fosse aria nei tubi , il giorno dopo ha smesso di uscire e, quando è stata ripristinata, usciva mescolata a sabbia e cosi’ fino alla fine della vacanza. Lo sciacquone si è rotto due volte: la prima volta è intervenuto un idraulico, ma successivamente il problema si è ripresentato e da allora non è stato più risolto. L’acqua ha continuato a scorrere costantemente, causando anche un fastidioso rumore. L’acqua della doccia cambiava improvvisamente temperatura: da tiepida a bollente senza preavviso, e bisognava aspettare prima che si freddasse di nuovo. Il giardino è trascurato o meglio non esiste è praticamente fatto di terra ed erbacce, alcuni mattoni lasciati li e perfino un ombrellone rotto lasciato a terra in un angolo. In cucina gli utensili di base sono veramente basici e il minimo della vita ….basterebbe aggiungere qualche posata e pentola in più visto che non c’è la lavastoviglie . La persona incaricata dell’accoglienza non l'abbiamo mai vista. Rispondeva ai nostri messaggi dopo qualche ora e solo al momento della partenza ci ha chiesto i documenti senza fornirci pero’ alcuna indicazione su come e quando lasciare la casa né su dove riconsegnare le chiavi . In conclusione, malgrado precedenti recensioni evidenziassero gia’ questi problemi, nulla e’ stato fatto ! Per il prezzo pagato la casa dovrebbe essere migliorata e gestita in modo diverso!

Ottima posizione, di fronte al mare

La descrizione dell'appartamento non e' completa: non si dice che sono due appartamemti gemelli nello stesso giardino, non si specifica che vi e' solo 1 stanza da letto indipendente, mentre la matrimoniale e' in zona giorno. Abbiamo trovato la doccia sporca e mal funzionante, con un supporto a muro assurdo che obbliga a tenere in mano il doccino. Il "giardino" non era curato (praticamente solo erbacce), i cuscini del patio erano macchiati. Insomma una generale impressione di sovrasfruttamento della location senza pensare a manutenzioni e pulizie straordinarie. Infine, un prezzo molto alto per la qualita' offerta: a Karpathos c'e' di meglio e a minor prezzo!

Detail point: Missing some things in the kitchen… knives, a second pan,… A washing machine would be great for long stay like ours.

Tutto nuovo, bello e pulito

This flat has the best location you can imagine: from the bed what you see is just a palm tree and turquoise sea. The beautiful sandy beach of mikri amoopi is less than 50 meters from the flat. This is one of the very few wind protected beaches from Karpathos. The quarter is popular but with the private parking you don’t struggle in finding a place.

Well, I have to think a lot to find something wrong. Perhaps the irritating noise of the telephone of the restaurant which is just next to the flat. But we only hear it from the terrace and it only rings at the start of the evening (probably people who call to book a table).

Erittäin siisti mukava huoneisto. Kaksi hienoa rantaa aivan vieressä. Anastasia joka vastasi huoneiston kunnosta oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen.

A very comfortable attractive and well equiped apartment with generous outdoor space. The beds sofa and sunbeds were all excellent. The fantastic views from the garden took in the whole of Amoopi bay. It was virtually next door to an excellent fish restaurant and was only a hundred metre walk to two lovely beaches where the swimming was superb.

The was no toaster and no oven, however restaurant in Amoopi were excellent so we rarely ate in.
