Apartment Avlabari (In old Tbilisi)

Замечательное расположение. Все нужное рядом. Приветливый хозяин. Очень ему благодарны, нас встретил на вокзале, все объяснил и показал. Соотношение цена/качество оптимальные.

Everything is fine, the photos are true. The owner of the apartment, Kakha, gave us a mini-tour of nearby shops, currency exchange offices and showed us the local market. The apartments are clean, have the necessary utensils, towels, hairdryer, washing machine. You can't hear the neighbors, it's quiet.

Excellent location, friendly landlord, we had a flight arriving at 10pm, he patiently waited us and showed us the apartments as well as the facilities around( shops, etc)

At one evening there wasn’t hot water because of the planed outage (just for info, otherwise everything was great)

The host was very kind, and allowed for an early check in, and showed us all amenities. He even took a stroll with us around the neighborhood, showing the restaurants, supermarkets and metro station. The best thing about the apartment is its location - very close, walking distance to all major attractions. There are also several markets and good restaurants in the vicinity. The metro station is about 5 minutes walk away. The AC was an absolute blessing, especially under the hot August Sun. The apartment is located in a courtyard, so it is very quiet and comfy at night. The beds were comfy, and the linen was clean. The TV with various channels, including live football and comedy central was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value for money.

As others have mentioned, the courtyard leading to the apartment is sort of run-down, but it is certainly not a deal-breaker. The shower was a bit too small, but nothing one cannot manage.

Good location. Grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bakeries, vegetables/fruits market, small park, souvenir shops are all nearby. Major tourist attractions are at walkable distance. A friendly host.

Outside premises are not very attractive.
