Art Apartment in Kala Tbilisi Historic District

The location was great, the apartment is in the centre and we were able to go everywhere.

The entrance of the building was scaring. Also, The hostess was very kind, but I would have preferred if she spoke English.

It was truly a very enjoyable holiday, and choosing this place to stay was definitely the right decision. Everything was perfect except for the entrance of the building, but I didn’t mind it at all since we had already known it was an old building when booking. Our host, Ms. Khatuna, was very understanding, helpful, and friendly. I felt safe throughout my holiday staying at her place. She was very attentive, and we thank her for that. Overall, the apartment was sufficient for our trip. Thanks to the roof window, it had a 360-degree panoramic view, which was wonderful. Sitting by the downstairs window, having coffee, and watching the street was also very enjoyable. Plus, the plants in the house were such a lovely touch.

The stairs were quite steep, but it wasn’t a problem for us in fact, it was even fun.

Огромные лестницы в подъезд апартаментов. По сути это здание с коммунальными квартирами. Удручающее состояние в коридорах. Сами апартаменты двухэтажные, на второй этаж ведет крутая лестница. Санузел хоть и маленький, но чистый. Все остальное требует ремонта. Диван на первом этаже старый, помятый спать невозможно. Второй этаж чердачный, с мансардным окном. Помещение не плохое, но очень пыльное. Окно запенено с щелями, перегородки с дырами, местами заклеяно скотчем. Розетки с открытыми проводами. По сути будто мастерская бедного художника. Грязно и тяп-ляп. Из-за этого очень пыльно, шумно и жарко. Некомфортно.
