Мой номер был не большой, но в нем было всё не обходимое. Очень хороший бюджетный вариант. Море видно прямо иза окна. Очень хорошее расположение рядом все: магазины, аптека, ресторан, мини базар, кондитерская и свежая выпечка. Ну и конечно самое главное очень близко Море буквально перейти через дорогу.

The appartment is located less than a minute away from the sea. It is well furbished with a small kitchen and a washing machine. I had once a problem with the shower leaking, but the owner fixed it only a few minutes after I messaged him about it.

Small nitpick, but the owner does not speak English. We still made it work with help of a third party, apps and hand gestures. So it is not a true complain or even a problem, but something to be aware of when communicating with them.

Best value for money, nice place with a good washing machine, cozy location, and good manager. At first there was a big noise problem but just shut the hallway door and it's as quiet as an owl.

The bed is not very comfy, this place would be perfect if the owner would invest in a nice bed and a sign on the hallway door that explains why it needs to be shut.

Excellent value for money. Lively location - close to several supermarkets, fast food outlets, bus to the botanical gardens. Good internet.

It was cheap and good value

The location was very noisy.

The location was nera the beach which is what we wanted. We appreciated the washing machine and kitchen. Batumi was easily accesible by bus, although the bus was not that frequent. There are many shops around and a good restaurant.

It was located beside the main street to Baku so the terrace was a bit noisy. The sheets were small and kept rolling and the matrace on one side was not very good.

It's super close to the sea, product shops and bakeries are in 1-2 min walk, and you can easily get to Batumi by bus in 15-20 min with the beautiful view during the ride. The apartment is quite small, but has all the necessary things for short and long stay. The owner is a nice pleasant guy, who always asks if everything is ok and is ready to help with any issues you May have

if you have a sensitive sleep, you may need earplugs as the road and railway may be noisy even at nights. And approximately 1-2 times a week from 1 to 5 hours the electricity may be off due to some crashes (that is the common issue all over Georgia)
