Widać, że obiekt ma lata świetności za sobą. Oferowany basen jest zamknięty z braku wysokiego sezonu (co w ofercie nie zostało opisane - czujemy się oszukani). Miasteczko w czerwcu wygląda jak ghost town. Otwarty SPAR i jedna restauracja. Przy całkiem nieźle wyposażonej w różne sprzęty kuchni, rozczarowuje brak podstawowych przypraw. W sypialni na ścianie widoczne ślady wilgoci (możliwe że grzyba). Oferowany apartament wymaga odświeżenia. Nieadekwatny stosunek jakości do ceny.
