This apartment is basically two connected hotel-style rooms, each with a private shower, toilet, balcony and a kitchen. one of the rooms has a bunk bed, the upper bed is a bit shaky and can not sleep a bigger child than our 6-year old. it is clean, they provide towels, the kitchen is well equipped. it is well located right by the only Gondola which functions in the summer time, within walking distance of all the other cafes in New Gudauri. there is enough parking and the complex also offers a restaurant open 10:00-23:00) which offers meals all day long. breakfast costs 40 Lari per adult and 20 per child. there is also a Spa but its little more than a heated pool and a sauna. it costs 80 Lari per adult and 40 per Adult. we didnt go, we enjoyed our stay and its beautiful to wake up to beautiful views, cows, sheep and Gondola! the host was very nice and helpful!

we asked to have the upper bunk bed fixed. it didnt happen, maybe because we werent there when they came a Broom would have been helpful.
