"Just next to Borjomi park"

Absolutely top location in Borjomi. Easy parking just in front of the door. Balcony toward the Borjom river. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen facilities are somewhat limited, but where are plenty of places to eat ( or to take away) around.

Nothing

Not clean , not comfortable, The house is not well equipped. The bedrooms, the bed sheets are very old and bad, and the house is full of biting insects. We could not sleep throughout the stay. I do not advise any family coming for tourism to stay.
