Contact with host was ecellent. He explained us exactly where apartment is. When we arrived, they prepared us a bottle of Georgian wine and water. Facilities are great! There is also washing machine availble. Location is in heart of Tbilisi, and you are in walking distance of every city attraction. Host also gave us his recommendation about best restaurants nearby, and it was really valuable info. When we return again to Tbilisi, we will book same accomodation for sure! Best recommendation!!!

A great experience of living in the historical part of Tbilisi. Magnificent interior and atmospheric courtyard. A pleasant and responsive host, presented a bottle of wine and advised good restaurants and cafes in the city.

The location is amazing and the owner is very helpful. The interiors are good, feels like old Town.

The bed is squeaky, we asked the owner to help, he did, but there was still squeaky a little which was not comfortable. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Charming apartment, quiet but central location close to all the main tourist points, a lot of shops and restaurants. Great connection to the airport. Checking in and out of the apartment was communicated very well with clear instructions, and Shota and his mom are amazing hosts. No reason to stay anywhere else in Tbilisi, really:)

Great location close to key attractions like Rike Park and Liberty Square. Super warm welcome by Shota and his mother, from the clear, early communication to the early check in, clear instructions to reach the home and a welcome bottle of wine. Shota also let us keep our bags at the place until 1pm, which was very helpful indeed for our plans. A beautiful and unique stay, with really nice pops of colour everywhere in the home. There were also ample amenities, such as an induction stove, kettle, cutlery, crockery and also a washing machine with a bottle of detergent. There is also a large amount of space to lay out your luggage as well as hang clothes.

Nothing, everything was great.

The place is very spacious and colorful complete with appliances. Owner, Shota is very responsive.

Noise was easily heard from inside that you will hear neighbors and people talking outside. Bed is also squeaky.
