Extremely clean accommodation, apartments with separate kitchen and bathroom, old but renovated according to all health, safety and fire safety requirements. Frequently change of linen/towels which are white new and fresh ironed as well as the frequent cleanliness of apartment by Mrs. Marina is top notch, very specialized staff. The kitchen is well equipped. Generally very kind and helpful staff.

The only negative is the busy and noisy road that is next to apartments without soundproofing wall.

Good location, comfortable, gets warm fast if you go on cold days.

No heating in the bathroom, couldn't use the air conditioning and the electrical stove at the same time,

The room was clean and comfortable with a little terrace, and there was possibility to do laundry.

This really is more like a motel, and you definitely need a car. There is a very busy big road just outside the gate, and it is not safe to walk around here. The area around the motel is quite run down and does not look like in the pictures posted here. The motel itself is good if you travel by car and need a budget base for your trips or just somewhere tk stay few nights. But would not recommend as a beach holiday place as there is no nice beach nearby. I cut my stay short and left after one night to go and stay in Mytilini instead.

It was easy to reach host, and he was quite helpful. The kitchen is fully-equipped and have lovely garden, peaceful neighbor. It's right choice for basic travel and the hotel is 15 min drive from the center of Mytilene

Close to good beach, spacious, good price for value

There were dozens of Ants in the bath wall. The building was old. Towels were old.
