Luxury Landing

This is an outstanding place to stay! The hosts are very hospitable. The place was much better than expected (the only place with a sparkling clean microwave ) Great design, cleanliness 100%, they thought about every minor detail. The kitchen is fully equipped. We will come back for another stay soon!

An apartment is located in the middle of the old town, near restaurants and the central square. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling clean. Check-in late outside of office hours went smoothly. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The apartment has two actual bedrooms. I've lived in many apartments in Tbilisi and this was one of the best.

The place is great! central so walking distance to everywhere you would want to go in central Tbilisi. Giorgi and Keti were very helpful and easy to communicate with - answering instantly when we had any questions. the place itself was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed, more spacious than the pictures actually. would definitely recommend - thanks for having us!

Nothing but location

We, my family cwith 2 young children, booked a spacious well presented apartment with spa bath When we arrived we were given a different apartment of very poor quality with no spa bath. The bath is important for my young kids who takes baths. Not only was the furniture poor, many aspects did not work: * the bathroom doors did not close as they had been water damaged in the past - we had no privacy when going to the bath * one of the shower heads sprayed water all over the bathroom * the beds did not have any fitted sheets to cover the mattress * the front door outside handle came off in use We were also immediately asked to cancel our reservation as the operator, called George, wanted to relet the same apartment Discussed this with George and it was absolutely clear he is running a scam if listing one apartment of quality on your service, getting guests to accept another apartment and immediately resisting the quality apartment. All reviews doesn't seem legit, only the very first one, explaining the same situation. See photos of what we got instead of advertised apartment

Loved this apartment. My wife and I were on road trip and had to work here for a few days. It was extremely comfortable and quiet, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could require. Absolutely recommend.

This was my first visit to Tbilisi and I booked this place just by looking for location, reviews and unit's photos. The apartment has more than everything like towels, shampoo, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Giorgi is really nice and helpful guy. Always was in touch and helped a lot to ease the journey. recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Clean, convenient and well-equipped. There is grocery shop and nice restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend future travelers to stay here.
