Great clean house with an outstanding view! Our host was the nicest person, so welcoming and caring🙏 It was so good I didn’t want to leave)

It was clean and good location, good supply of houseware.

There was no water at midnight, owner said it was due to an accident on the water pipe. Bathroom door was not locking. beds were not comfortable.

Host didnt speak English, didnt accept credit cards and there was freezing cold with no heater

It is exactly what the pictures tell on the site. No more, no less. And the views are wonderful ! Actually no, it’s spectacular! Specially the morning sunrise at 5.30 am! And Ekatrina, the hostess, is an absolute darling! She came across as an extended member of the family. Made us feel very welcome. And the breakfast the next day was just what we wanted! Super.. It is advisable to check in at the stated time itself. We were a little late. But super place and will recommend it any time.

Just a small blemish. Must keep some coffee powder tin/bottle along with salt, pepper. That’s abt it. We brought it and left it there for the next set of guests 😊.

The rooms were very spacious. Very good for a family with 4 members. Beautiful view of the mountains.

staff Although communication is problematic She only speaks Georgian. But the effort to communicate is respectable. She explained everything we needed via translation. Good hot water (turn on for less than a minute to be hot), good heater, kitchen utensils available. Bed is very clean and warm. Excellent!!

the place is clean and exactly like the photos. nice decoration. fully equipped with everything you need.

no heater and hot water at night in April. we, family of 4, came back from outside at night and found that the place was cold. heater was not working and no hot water. contacted the owner, waited for 45 minutes. the male owner tried to fix the issues for more than an hour. The lady seemed to be unbothered, said they cant do anything else, problem is already solved, it is normal here in Kazbegi, too many people in town. It was very late at night. We ended up having lukewarm shower. The place was cold and took more than an hour to feel the heater started working properly.
