Incredible views Lovely, kind owner Clean, comfortable Perfect area.

Beautiful spacious penthouse apartment with fabulous views over the village and picturesque bay. The balcony was a wonderful place to eat or just relax and watch the sailing boats in the harbour below, the living space was well designed and the bedroom was beautiful with a large comfortable bed, and en-suite bathroom.

We loved this apartment but can’t understand why the en-suite bathroom needs to be so small, with a tiny shower that meant the bathroom floor got very wet ( and dangerously slippy) after each use. Only one window in the penthouse had mosquito screening which was also disappointing. These are small things but with some small improvements the whole experience could have been perfect.

The view from the balcony is incredible - over viewing Agia Effimia. Johnny was very friendly and helpful when we needed something. We hired a boat from Johnny and had a great day exploring the local beaches. Room was very comfortable and spacious - more spacious than expected. We would definitely stay here again.

Johnny met us and showed us the place he was very welcoming and gave us lots of info and was always on hand on what's app if we needed him! The room was well equipped and had stunning views from the balcony. We had a great stay here!

Bed wasn’t stable as bed frame was quite flimsy but still comfortable enough to sleep. Kettle when boiled left a really unbearable smell.

The shower

We had some iffy weather from time to time & then it was extra nice to have such a comfy place with a seating area to relax. Great view of the harbour & the sea, not only from the balcony but also from inside, very handy. In 5 minutes we were at the harbour. Just be aware it's on a bit of a hill, in case you're not so mobile.

Nothing really to dislike about this great place. Maybe the fact that the airco of the room above us was hanging right next to our balcony so made some noise but not such a big deal.
