Очень добродушный хозяин Гия. Прекрасно говорит по-русски. Помог с выбором ресторана для ужина, рассказал куда сходить и что посмотреть. Месторасположение дома просто топовое. Экскурсии и фотосессии проводят прямо под окнами)) Пешком с маленькими детьми прогулялись и до Ботанического сада, до парка Рике, полюбовались видами с моста Мира, ещё и застали празднование дня города. Нас было 2 семьи (7 чел.) - разместились с детьми прям отлично. Просторно, 3 санузла, на кухне всё необходимое. В следующую поездку обязательно остановимся здесь.

В одной из комнат (проходной) прохладно.
