Very good location, quiet, walking distance to shops, restaurants. The apartment is very spacious. Little terrace outside. Big plus they have gated yard, so we could’ve parked our motorcycles inside, and not on the street. It’s very hard to find accommodation with parking in the city. The mattress is a bit soft for 2 people (we like firm mattresses), but they have two beds next by and that fixed our issue, so we got great sleep.

Early check-in. Consideration for guests and infinite kindness. Fully equipped rooms. Thank you for the warm hospitality from the husband and wife owners. I highly recommend this place. There are also the cutest cats in the world.

Чисто, уютно, красиво, комфортно, тихо. Магазинчик в 2 шагах. Бассейн!!! Для поездки большой семьей очень здорово - можно арендовать апартаменты целиком, сидеть и болтать на веранде, пить вино… Мужа встретили ночью из аэропорта, с комфортом довезли. В следующую поездку попробуем снова поселиться здесь!

Нас было много, приходилось спать во всех комнатах апартаментов, а кондиционеры висят не во всех. Некоторым гостям в итоге было душновато. Сестра мужа в один из дней увидела крысу в комнате. Но хозяйка сразу принесла ловушку, и больше крыса не появлялась. Чуть далековато от центра. Но такси очень дешевое, если вас не толпа, как нас, можно просто ездить на такси. Мы в одно не помещались.

The apartment is totally modern, clean and quite comfortable. We enjoyed five very pleasant days at Fishmen and we would happily visit again. We have been visiting Tbilisi for years, but this visit to Fishmen has been the most enjoyable. We encourage anyone to visit Fishmen, you will not be disappointed!

Simply put, Fishmen was not lacking in any way.

Great hospitality! Very comfortable apartment. The apartment was very clean, secured and in a good location. The area is located in a quiet place, but everything is easily accessible. There is everything you need. In general, it can be said that the price is good for the location and size of the apartment.
