Location, close to metro and the most places of interest. The apartment is in a yard and we actually live in a local neighbourhood. The feeling is really nice. The kitchen is well equipped.

the downstairs room only has a small window for the fresh air. The stairs make noisy during the night if people need to use the bathroom.
