Поменять пора сковороду. Пол был не очень читстый, пыль, мотыльки, может длительное время в номере никто не жил.

The room has a fantastic view, it is very warm and clean. Equipped with everything you need, including every little household item. Makes you feel comfortable like home. The host was very helpful. Made check-in and out easy. The place is 5 min walk from the ski-lift and Spar. The building is quiet. We stayed at the same building last year and were satisfied.

We had an incredible stay at this holiday apartment! The apartment itself is brand new and comes with amazing facilities—everything was modern, clean, and well-designed. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking sights that made our mornings and evenings even more special. The location couldn’t have been better; it’s perfectly situated close to all the key attractions, making it so easy to explore the area. As a family with a young child, we especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal prep a breeze. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our fingertips. On top of all that, the host was fantastic—always available, friendly, and incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Everything was perfect

Clean and comfy with an amazing view of mountains. Fully equipped kitchen is a big plus. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to a ski lift in either direction and a bit away from noisy bars so you get a good night's sleep. Definitely coming back next season.

We liked everything, the view, location, distance to the slope, flat was very clean and with a modern renovation. If we visit Gudauri again, I will try to book the same flat.

Gudauri doesn't have snow. We arrived in the end of December and there is still not snow at all.😟
