Cozy Studio Apartment in Marshall Gudauri Project

Great, new, clean, cozy. Have good new kitchen equipment. Relatively close to the skilift

Not much, except that the apartment was clean.

Apartment was advertised as 45 m2 but in reality was around 16 m2 (actually measured it), kitchen had only one pan, no place where you could place chairs or better say chair since there was only one on the balcony. Bathroom was small with shower that had no curtain so everything was wet when you took shower. There is ski depot in the house but it only works for some apartments. When I asked for coffee put to at least make a coffee in the so called kitchen the renting agency replied that they don’t have it…Half of the building was without electricity for two days and the lifts were not working and you can only use the fire exits but had to be lucky enough to pick the right ones first time since one exit was permanently closed- in a ski resort where one year ago 22 people died because of fire in the building.

It was comfortable, very good for this price.

It was too hot during the night, but once we closed the heating battery was better.
